Billericay

This was a soft strip job for a property developer. Azure Demolition removed all of the non-structural elements of old office units and cleared all debris ready for them to remodel into luxury apartments.

The Greene

This was a complete demolition job for an insurance company. There were two houses that had been majorly fire damaged and were not safe. Azure Demolition demolished the houses and cleared all debris in a secure and safe manner using the appropriate equipment.

Hammond Street

This was a complete demolition job for a private client. Azure Demolition demolished an old unused barn and removed all debris.

Kensington

We were employed by the main contractor to design and install the temporary works to facilitate the removal of the ground floor concrete slab to allow for a higher slab to be installed to develop the basement car park. This included using a Brokk to remove the slab in sections and tightly controlled logistics to enable the safe removal of the waste materials from site.

Chertsey

Working for the developer we undertook the Asbestos survey, Asbestos removal, soft strip and removal of the plant room concrete floor. This required temp works to enable us to support the roof whilst the floor was being removed and to use the Brokk at second floor level.

Ruislip

Working for the main contractor we undertook a full soft strip of this existing office building following an Asbestos survey. We then undertook as part of a second phase the safe removal and disposal of the asbestos sheeting to the roof.
